eBooks Refund Policy

Our eBooks are digital products and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we therefore have a strict no refund policy.

Workshop Refund Policy – General

We are more than happy to fully refund your money if someone else takes your place after you cancel your workshop booking. However, if replacement cannot be found, the below policies will be in place.

Workshop Pre-book Deposit Payment

By law, you have a 14 day cooling off period. During this period you can cancel your order and receive full refund of your pre-book deposit payment. Beyond this cooling off period; all £100 pre-booking deposits go towards booking a guaranteed place for you on your chosen tour/workshop/adventure. We are happy to refund you £25 after the admin fee charge of £75.

Workshop Deposit Payment

By law, you have a 14 day cooling off period. During this period you can cancel your order and receive full refund of your deposit payment. Beyond this cooling off period; all deposits go towards booking of expenses such as accommodation, vehicle hire, administration fees etc. We therefore have a strict no deposit refund policy.

Workshop Outstanding Balance Payment

By law, you have a 14 day cooling off period. During this period you can cancel your order and receive full refund of your outstanding balance payment (this does not include your deposit). Beyond this cooling off period; all outstanding balance payments go towards full payments of expenses such as accommodation, vehicle hire, administration fees etc. We therefore have a strict no outstanding balance payment refund policy.

Workshop Full Price Payment

Around three months before a tour/workshop date bookings can commence by paying the full price only. By law, you have a 14 day cooling off period. During this period you can cancel your order and receive full refund of your payment. Beyond this cooling off period; all payments go towards full payments of expenses such as accommodation, vehicle hire, administration fees etc. We therefore have a strict no refund policy.


We reserve the right to change any of the services or other particulars (accommodation etc.) at any time before the date of each course. However, we have the obligation of informing you of such change before the workshop date.

If you have special dietary requirements or other requests, you should inform us of these during the completion of the on-line booking form. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements but we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.

Inspiring Photography does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to travel services through weather conditions or any other circumstances.

Inspiring Photography does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the client or any other person included in the on-line booking form, unless arising from the negligent act of the Company’s employees in which case, you will be covered by our liability insurance.

Inspiring Photography reserves the right to alter or cancel any tour, course, workshop, adventure. Should an alteration or cancellation become necessary, you will then have the choice of accepting an alternative or withdraw from the contract and accept a full refund of money paid to us.

All clients must have travel and cancellation insurance before booking any of our tours, courses, workshops or adventures.
