If you forget your username / password and you attempt to log in more than 5 times,
you will be locked out of the website and will not have access for 4 hours.
This is a safety measure for your account and our server.
If you can't remember your password, click where it says 'Lost your password' above
and retrieve a new one. If you can't remember your username, it is best to contact us.
This usually comes down to browser cache problems.
Browsers get choked up and behave strangely, cache needs to be emptied every so often.
Empty the cache (Google search on how to do it for your browser).
Refresh the page (hit the F5 key) before & after changing your password.
