North beach in Troon, South Ayrshire, Scotland. This is my home town (now) and these are the kind of sunsets we get, when the weather plays nice. The Isle of Arran can be seen in the distance, the sun sets behind it at this time of year (April).

Using lines to take the eye into the scene is one of the techniques that turn a 2D scene to a 3D one. This little stream with the gorgeous reflections of the sky was a perfect choice, knowing that there are not many subjects around available for foreground use.
